Crystal’s commitment to equity and inclusion is led by groups like the Multicultural 领导 Team, a committee composed of both faculty and students who collaborate on curricular projects and community events. This commitment extends to families thanks to Crystal Family Association Diversity and Inclusion Liaisons, translation services, and the Spanish-Speaking Family Network. The Human Development Program, 水晶头, a program for aspiring first-generation college students, as well as our partnership with the 半岛桥 organization also demonstrate our core value of inclusion and commitment to community engagement. Most importantly, Crystal students themselves are leading the charge through initiatives like Women Driving Change, LGBTQ Affinity groups, 9th grade 多样性的一天, 和更多的.
